chb-system is a private, business-to-business marketing-automation platform operated by Hai Tech Service ("we", "us"). It is not a consumer product and is not open to public sign-up. By accessing the service or authorizing it to access your advertising accounts, you ("you") agree to these Terms on behalf of the advertising client or agency you represent.
With your authorization, chb-system connects offline (real-world) sales data back into your own Google Ads and Meta advertising accounts as offline conversions, builds first-party audiences (Google Customer Match / Meta Custom Audiences), and reads campaign performance to adjust bids and targets within limits agreed with you. We act on your behalf and only on the accounts you authorize.
You authorize access via OAuth and may revoke it at any time in your Google Account or Meta Business settings. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for the accuracy and lawful collection of any customer data you provide, and for having the necessary consents to use that data for advertising.
You agree to use the service only for legitimate advertising on accounts you are authorized to manage, and not to misuse it, attempt to access other tenants' data, or upload data you have no right to process.
The service operates on Google Ads and Meta through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies, including the Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API policies. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability.
Our handling of data accessed through Google and Meta APIs is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Our use of Google user data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular advertising outcome, match rate, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hai Tech Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
